for performing a realty improvement in the State of South Dakota.

the realty improvement that the owner furnished (Prime & Subs).

Realty improvements made on the Cheyenne River, Pine Ridge, Rosebud or Standing Rock Indian
Reservations are subject to contractors’ excise tax. Receipts resulting from a realty improvement on the
aforementioned reservations must be included in Lines 1 and/or 2 and transferred to the city/reservation tax
portion on the reverse side of the original excise tax return.
