Mission:
Transport 8 passengers and a sling set (internally loaded) from Muir AAF
(KMUI) to Johnstown, PA (KJST) with an intermediate stop to drop off 4 passengers in
Capital City (KCXY).
Departure Weather: See attached DD Form 175-1
Enroute/Arrival Weather: Per attached DD Form 175-1
NOTAMS: Check appropriate sources for current NOTAMS. Last minute NOTAMS
will be supplied by instructor as required.
Aircraft: UH-60A with T-700 Engines.
DD 365-4 Data: On file at KMUI (do not complete 365-4).

flight planning. Plan and fly this mission as you would in the aircraft (i.e. for altitudes,
planned approaches alternates as required etc.) If there is any information missing, use
your judgment and provide details to instructor prior to the flight.
