HOUSESITE VALUE FOR A SUBDIVIDED PARCEL

Use for subdivision creating a new parcel.

Upon a homeowner’s request, the listers shall certify to him or her the value of the dwelling and up to two acres.

32 V.S.A. § 5861(g). This is necessary in those instances when a housesite value cannot be deduced from the

previous year’s tax bill. The housesite value shall not include the value of any improvements not in place on

April 1, 2016.

As provided under 32 V.S.A. § 5861(g), I hereby request that the listers of _________________________ (Town/City)
