2017 Market Application
Welcome to the 124 Grand Market
This seasons 124 Grand Market is scheduled to run Thursdays from May 11 to
October 5, 2017. Market hours are 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. This is an all weather,
outdoor market located on 124 Street.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MARCH 31, 2017
Applications received after this deadline will be considered vendors on a week to week,
part-time basis. Applications from returning vendors will receive first consideration, if
received before deadline. However, previous participation does not guarantee accep-
tance. Applications are subject to review and approval by the 124 Grand Market Direc-
tors. Please read this application in full. As a vendor, it is your responsibility to know
and adhere to the rules and regulations of the 124 Grand Market.
• All vendors are required to supply their own tables and tents.
• Power is not available, generators must be approved
• Parking behind stalls is not available for all vendors.
WEEKLY RATES FOR THE 2015 MARKET SEASON
Regular 10x10 Stall: $44.00
Food Truck 21-23x10 Stall: $90.00
Tailgate 18x10 Stall: $62.00
Annual Membership fee: $20.00
Applications must include a deposit of $100.00. Payment methods include cheque, money order,
e-transfer, cash, debit or credit made payable to Wild Heart Collective LTD. Applications will not
be accepted without deposit.
Deposits will be applied towards your total amount owing for approved dates.
(If you are not approved, the deposit will be refunded.)
After you have been sent your approved dates and invoice we will require full payment of your
vending fees within 30 days. All Cheques must be payable to Wild Heart Collective LTD. *Start-
ing May 2016 we will accept Visa, Debt and MC ($2.75 machine fee)*
** Any outstanding balances from the previous season must be settled before 2017 consideration
