What happens next?

Once all the documents have been filed they will be submitted to the Judge for review.

If the Agreement is approved by the Judge it will become a court order and you will receive a

copy in the mail.

If there is missing documentation the clerk’s office will contact you by mail letting you know that

additional documents are needed before the agreement can be submitted for approval.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the parties DO NOT AGREE either party may file a PETITION TO CHANGE COURT ORDER

along with the required filing fee of $250.00. The other party will have to be served and
