Thank you for taking part in the French Christmas Card Competition. Please ensure you
have
1. Christmas Card Template – Downloadable (Please Make Sure designs are
within the black boarder on the template, anything outside will be cropped.
If the design includes writing make sure it fits in the black boarder, write
names clearly on template in Block Letters)
2. Drawing Materials- Felt tip pens or coloured drawing pencils. You can also use
paint or Wax colours (PLEASE DO NOT USE GLITTER OR STICK ANY THING
ON THE TEMPLATE)
3. Return Envelope (Send All templates to Mind Your Language International, Unit
B7, 3 Bradbury Street, N16 8JN)
COMPETION
Design the cover
of a greeting card with a French theme (A place, an object, a person or
a French text)
Children can place entries in:
-Category A: 4-7 year olds (Individual)
-Category B: 4-7 year olds (Class/Group)
-Category C: 8-11 year olds (Individual)
-Category D: 8-11 year olds (Class/Group)
One winning card will be chosen in each category. The winner’s cards will be printed and
sold at the event. Winners will receive recognition and a gift.
