BBB COMPLAINT PROCESS
**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO COMPLETING FORM
Before filing a complaint, we recommend that you make a sincere effort to settle your dispute with the business
by contacting the owner, manager, or a person in authority at the business who is empowered to resolve
issues. If unsuccessful, here are some helpful tips on completing the form:

Please be brief and to the point, listing details pertinent to your complaint.
•
Refrain from profanity, threats or accusations when stating your case.
•
All sections of the form must be completed in order to process your complaint
•
Be sure to specify your desired resolution.
•
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint from our office. Once we receive a response from
the company, we will forward that response to you.
Important Note: Better Business Bureau does not take sides in a dispute. We are a neutral, non-profit agency
that works to facilitate communication between the business and its customer to help both sides come to a
satisfactory resolution.

It is BBB policy that personal information such as your name, postal and/or e-mail addresses and telephone
number is private and confidential. The personal information your provide is stored in a secure location,
accessible only to designated BBB staff and is used for the purpose of handling complaints.
By filing a complaint with BBB, you are representing that it is a truthful account of your experience with the
business. The text may be publicly posted on BBB’s Website. Please do not include any personally identifiable
information when describing your experience and desired outcome. BBB may edit your complaint to protect
privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language. Your information may be shared with the business
involved in the complaint.
BBB does not provide or sell personal information to third-parties, with the exception of release required by law
or that which is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.
