I hereby grant permission to use real property located at:

(“the Premises”) for the purpose of photographing and recording exterior scenes for the use of

Producer _______________________________ (“Producer”). Permission includes but is not limited

to the right to bring crew, equipment and property onto the Premises, and the right to remove same

from the Premises after completion of work. I agree not to interfere with Producer’s work on the

Premises and agree to keep confidential any information and/or material learned or received as a

result of the location being used. I have no obligation to protect Producer’s property while it is located

on the Premises. This agreement is not intended to, and does not, cover any use of owner’s

personnel or equipment on the Premises.

I represent that I own the Premises or otherwise have the authority to enter into this Agreement and

grant these rights.

Permission is granted for the following consideration (payment, acknowledgement, etc.): _________

The Premises will be used, commencing on or about the following start date: __________ (subject to

change in the event of changes in the production schedule or because of weather conditions), and

continuing until completion of all scenes and work to be completed on the Premises, currently

scheduled to end on date: ____________.

Producer agrees to restore the Premises to the condition in which they were delivered, reasonable

wear and tear excepted. Producer agrees to use reasonable care to prevent damage to the Premises.

Producer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not

limited to, loss of business, loss of use and loss of profits of any party, including myself.

Producer shall own any and all rights to all photographs and recordings made by Producer on or

about the Premises, including any photography or recording of any identifying names or signs

appearing thereon, and will have the world-wide right to use and license others to use such

photographs and recordings in any manner whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the right to

exhibit, record, edit and otherwise alter at the sole discretion of the Producer such photographs and

recordings or any portion thereof, in any form of media whatsoever, without limitation or restriction.

The Producer shall not be obligated to make any actual use of any photography, recordings or other

references to the Premises hereunder in any motion picture or otherwise. Should Producer desire to

use the Premises for additional photographs and recordings, any such use shall be subject to a

separate agreement. This agreement is not assignable.
