Very Important
Spending money for day trip -$60 is usually sufficient for souvenirs. We will exchange your
money once we get there. All your meals will be paid for.
Bible
Journal and pen; we’re certain it will be a noteworthy experience!
Clothes Items
Longer shorts (shorts should touch your fingertips.)
T-shirts, crew neck short sleeve shirts. Please make sure slogans/imprints are wholesome; no
tanks tops worn alone please.
Sweatshirt, sweater or jacket—can be chilly at night in the apartment.
Tennis shoes, hikers or sandals for everyday wear. Closed toed shoes are best.
Flip-flops – to wear in bathroom/shower
Undergarments, socks (to sleep in)- enough for the number of days you will be there
Pajamas- modest please (make sure they will be warm). It can get very chilly when we are
sleeping due to the A/C.
Leisure day clothes, comfortable walking shoes, slacks or longer shorts, short sleeve shirts,
jeans.
Village/Church clothes, slacks or nice shorts for men, skirt or dress for women.
Personal Care Items
Hair care Hairbrush/comb
Shampoo, conditioner will be provided
Toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss
Bathing Razor/shaver, disinfectant bar soap, deodorant (you will need a lot of this).
Hand wipes and/or sanitizer to carry with you to combat germs
Lotion/chapstick
Deet or bug repellent with deet in it.
