ORDER APPROVING AD LITEM FEES AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
On this day the Court considered the foregoing, and the Court finds that said Attorney Ad Litem has rendered
necessary services on behalf of the unknown heirs of Decedent, that such attorney’s fees and expenses are reasonable and
just, and should be paid.
It is therefore ORDERED that said Attorney be paid at the address above the total sum of $_______________ to
be taxed as costs against the Applicant herein and be immediately paid from the funds held in the Registry of this Court
for such purpose, with any balance due over and above the $450 paid into the Registry of the Court to be paid directly to
the Attorney by the Applicant herein within thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
It is further ORDERED that the remaining balance of the $450 ad litem fee currently held in the Registry of the
