For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency whereof is

hereby acknowledged:

I hereby grant Production Company Inc., its affiliates, licensees, successors

and assigns (hereinafter collectively the "Company") the irrevocable right,

in perpetuity, to use the footage taken of me (the “Footage”) in connection

with

the

production,

distribution

and

exploitation

the

feature

film

presently entitled "Film Production Adventure" (the "Film"), to edit, delete,

alter and amend the Footage in any manner and to juxtapose the Footage with

any other material. This grant of rights includes the right to use my image,

voice and all instrumental, musical or other sound effects produced by me

contained

the

Footage

without

restriction

any

kind

nature

whatsoever. The Film and/or the Footage may be exploited throughout the

world, in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter devised

without any payment to me. The Company has no obligation to use the Footage

in the Film.

I do hereby release and forever discharge the Company of, from and against

all actions, causes of action, claims, suits, judgments and demands which may

made

against

the

Company

virtue

manner

whatsoever, in the Film.
