Book Fair

• Twice a year, during conferences the Library holds a Book Fair. Help is needed in the set up,

running the desk and with the packing up of materials after the Book Fair. All proceeds form the

Book Fair are used to purchase new materials for the school’s library.

Spring Carnival

• Carnival is in May. We needs lots of volunteers! There is a Bake Sale, Bingo, Rummage Sale,

and Coney Island that need to be staffed. In addition, there is set up, clean up and baked goods

to be baked. Volunteers will be contacted in April to make a schedule.

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

• Join the Home and School in planning the menu, decorations and food preparation for our

wonderful staff. The luncheon is usually the first week of May.

The school is also supported by various groups that you can get your volunteer hours in, by just

attending a meeting.

Grade Level Ministry Projects

• Assist your student’s class with service projects. This can mean helping in the classroom with a

craft project, a food drive, or assisting with transportation and chaperoning. Each teacher will

provide specific needs.

Auction Committee

Your help is needed to make this fundraiser a success, We are asking that all families plan to contribute

several hours toward the auction. We want to make the auction one of our most successful yet, but there

is work to be done! There are several committees that could use your help prior to auction or at the

event itself. Help us out and have a good fun while doing it. This is the school’s MAIN fundraiser.

Meetings are once per month, Your input and ideas would be welcomed. If you are interested, please
