The On-site Manager with the exception of the application fee shall collect no money, checks,

cash, money orders or any other form of payment.

Additional duties may be added as necessary.

Ability to travel and be a liaison between property management office and community

On-site Manager understands that he/she is working as an independent contractor and is

responsible for all his/her own taxes including self-employment taxes. He/she has agreed to work at the
