Electronic Payment System. Please read these instructions carefully before scheduling your fIrst Electronic

Payment transaction.

To access the Nevada Unemployment Insurance Electronic Payment System you must call from a touch-

tone phone. If you are calling from the Carson City/Reno/Douglas County area, you may dial

(775) 684-0380. For locations in the Las Vegas area, dial (702) 486-0380. If you are calling from an

outlying area, you may access the system using our toll free number, (800) 806- 7049.

At the voice prompt, enter your Nevada Unemployment Insurance account number. This number is located

in box la of the Employer's Quarterly Contribution and Wage Report, form NUCS-4072. Please note

that you may not enter decimal points or hyphens into the Electronic Payment system. Also, do not enter any

leading zeroes or the employer check digit that appears after the hyphen. EXAMPLE: if your account number

is listed as 00 1234.00- 7, please enter only 123400. Your entry will be repeated back to you. To accept the

entry , press the # button; to re-enter press the * button.

If this is your first contact, you have been assigned a temporary Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please

note that the temporary PIN is good for only the initial contact -you will be prompted to change the

temporary PIN assigned to you before scheduling your first transaction. As a protective measure, each time

PIN to make a transaction. Your Unemployment Insurance Account number will be verified against your PIN

for security purposes before allowing any transactions to take place. Please note: If you misplace your PIN,

you must telephone the Electronic Payment System Customer Service Deskat (775) 687-3514 and repeat

the process for temporary PIN assignment. This will cause a delay in utilizing the Electronic Payment

If you have entered your account number and PIN correctly, you will be asked to choose from four options:

Option #1 -to schedule payment on account with quarterly report summary information

Option #2 -to schedule payment on account only

Option #3 -to make an inquiry on a previous transaction or cancel a transaction
