Responsible for following up the interaction between Westinghouse and ONR, regarding

the Generic Design Assessment process (Electrical Issues)
Responsible for oversight of the Electrical Findings Resolution plans, regarding the

Generic Design Assessment process (Electrical Findings)
6.
Ensure the performance of the Electrical surveys for Quality Control
7.
Develop and promote the electrical discipline within the Design Authority team
8.
Provide independent, design assurance oversight of the Engineering team
Skills/Experience Required to Perform Role
Essential Skills
1.
Adequate years’ experience within Electrical systems and equipment design
2.
Ability to interact with external companies and ONR/EA
3.
Understanding of UK Nuclear Regulatory requirements and ONR process is preferred
4.
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Desirable Skills
1.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
2.
Experience with the UK National Grid preferred
3.
Understanding of UK Nuclear Regulatory requirements and ONR process
4.
Experience within Nuclear Industry is preferred
5.
Previous power generation experience preferred
