SERVICE TERMS
PRICE
WEEKLY LAWN MAINTENANCE: (23 MOWS)
• Mowing all lawn areas to 2 1/2 to 3 inches – avoiding low-cut burn spots.
• Maintain existing lawn edging.
• Blade edge trimming of all lawn edges adjacent to cement, walkways, planting/shrub beds,
tree rings, and buildings.
• String trimming of all lawn edges adjacent to stone walls and vinyl fence.
• Hand edge all lawn edges where blade and string are non-effective.
• Cleanup of debris from landscaped areas.
• All mowing will be bagged and removed from property.
• Raking woodchips out of lawn and putting them into planting/shrub beds each week.
• Blow all sidewalks and unit door alcoves of debris.

WEEKLY WEEDING OF LAWN AND PLANTED AREAS: APRIL - OCTOBER
• Weeds will be removed by chemical application and/or manual removal.
• Weed control by chemical application will be done in a safe manner with the manufacturers
recommendations.
• Manual weeding of shrubs, planting beds, and tree rings where chemical application risks
harm to shrubs, flowers, and trees.
• Contract includes killing and replacing all crab grass or other weeds in the lawn.
• Grass control along vinyl fence/residence property by chemical application.
• Safely remove saplings/seedlings from base of trees and tree rings.

WEEKLY WALKTHROUGH CARE: APRIL – OCTOBER
• Cleanup of litter and garbage from landscaped areas
• Re-stake and recover exposed funny pipe in planting/shrub beds
• Contact HOA about any broken sprinklers or dry spots

FERTILIZER & PEST CONTROL
• Even, consistent application of fertilizer determined by manufacturers recommendations
(application rate x lawn size).
• First application to contain a pre-emergent applied by April.
• Subsequent fertilizer applications = 3.
• This includes all grub control or other pests that affect lawn color.

SHRUB TRIMMING AND PRUNNING
• All shrubs will be trimmed using formal techniques unless otherwise arranged.
• Trimming will be done 4 times per year.
