Architectural/Exterior Change Request Form
The Process:
1. The Owner completes this form in its entirety, includes appropriate attachments, and submits their
“request” to the HOA Management Company.
2. The Management Company reviews the request.
If incomplete, additional information is requested from the Owner.
If complete, the request is sent to the HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
3. The ARC reviews the request.
If lacking sufficient detail, additional information is requested from the Owner.
If sufficiently detailed, the ARC completes the review and makes a recommendation to the HOA
Board of Directors.
4. The Board reviews the request and the ARC’s recommendation. The Board makes a decision on the
request and notifies the Management Company.
5. The Management Company mails a decision letter to the Owner.
According to New Daleville’s Declaration, this process may take 4-6 weeks from the time a complete
and sufficiently detailed request is received by the Management Company and ARC; however,
the ARC and Board will make every attempt to process requests as quickly as possible.
