should the Vehicle Commissioner of the State of Louisiana issue a title covering ___________

does hereby guarantee title and agrees to save and hold harmless the said commissioner and

any other employees of the State of Louisiana from any and all liability whatsoever for having

issued the said title and further agrees to indemnify them and all subsequent purchases and to

restore to them any loss which may be incurred by them by reason of their having issued the

requested title.
