2014 - Current
Managed the operations and maintenance of a 300,000+ sq/ft data center. Led the onsite team consisting
of; Building Systems Manager (Chief Engineer), Dispatcher and a crew of 10 Engineers.
Assisted in leading an electrical system upgrade project after a large circuit breaker failure event, this
involved the complete overhaul of the installed switch gear, major circuit breakers and electrical system
components to the data center.
Led the project to install “cold aisle containment” systems to improve energy efficiency.
Coordinated with outside vendors for specific maintenance and repair projects. Prepared statements of
work to provide guidance to vendors in successful project completion. Instituted procedures to inspect
completed projects for quality control purposes and inspected work sites daily to ensure work was
performed in accordance with applicable building codes.
Oversight of contractors responsible for the maintenance of the six 1,000-ton Trane chillers.
Conducted inspections of electrical panels to include loose and grounded breaker. Ensured that panel
schedule coincided with the field devices throughout the areas proposed for service.
Conducted inspections of the plumbing throughout the facilities to include sinks, water closets, urinals,
hot water heaters, domestic water pumps, fire pumps etc.
Participate in critical facility annual planning activities, input to annual financial plans for operating
