Checks will be accepted for deposits and payments at the auction provided that they are accompanied
by an acceptable and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee.
Request a letter of guarantee from your banking institution addressed to WCA. The letter must
reference the bank account holder’s name, the account number, and the amount which the bank will
guarantee or honor on the check.
The letter must be printed on your banking institution’s letterhead
and must be signed by a banking official.
Please note that the letter must explicitly state that the bank
will “guarantee” or “honor” a specific dollar amount to WCA.
Sample letter:

This letter will serve as your notification that

guarantee payment of any check(s) written by

[amount your bank agrees to guarantee]
