Dear Family,

I would like you to help your child take a survey of each member of your

family to find out which color they like best—red, yellow, or blue. They can

put tally marks in the chart below to keep a record of the results. You might

want to use crayons to mark the color by each name in the chart. This may

help your child keep track of which color is on a line.
