DISPLAY CASE RELEASE FORM

The Public Libraries of Saginaw will not be responsible for items on display.

Theft, vandalism, fire damage or destruction or damage in any form to the contents

of the display is not the liability of the Public Libraries of Saginaw.

The display will be for the education and enrichment of the community and patrons

of the Public Libraries of Saginaw. Under no circumstances can the display be

used for commercial or personal monetary gain.

The display will run for the period specified below. It will be greatly appreciated

if you will pick up your items as scheduled for their safety and for the convenience

of the next exhibitor.
