The guest’s passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.

Passport copies are requested along with colored clear digital personal picture. Your passport must not contain any Israeli

stamp or entry visa.

CHARGES:

The visa charges are non-refundable,in case of no-show, cancellation or if visa is rejected by the Immigration, the visa fee of

AED350/- will be debited to the following credit card.

If the reservation is cancelled after 16:00 hrs. on the day of arrival, one room night charge will be debited to your credit card.

The amount of AED 350/- per visa & one room night will be charged to the given credit card.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 All persons entering the U.A.E. require an entry permit with the following exceptions: Citizens of UK, France, Italy,

Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland,

Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore,

Malaysia, South Korea and GCC residents (with a residency valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry).

 The visa is valid for single entry only and the duration of stay is limited to 30 days from the date of arrival. The U.A.E

authorities will impose penalty charges AED 100 per day for every day of overstay. As per U.A.E. Law and Regulations it is

compulsory for you to stay at our Hotel for the entire visit since we are your sponsor; you are not permitted to stay at another

hotel or location. In case your departure from U.A.E. is not from Dubai airport, once you reach your destination, kindly fax us

your passport copy with EXIT stamp to avoid overstaying. Please be informed that overstaying will lead to absconding

case & will imposes a strict penalty and is punishable under the Immigration Law of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 The Four Points by Sheraton Downtown / Sheikh Zayed Road hotel reserves the right to refuse any application.

 Visa charge is AED 350 . Any additional visas provided for the kids in the same passport, the charges would be AED150/-

per child. Original visa if required would be charged at AED200/- per visa (including courier charges).

 Please be informed that a minimum of 3-5 working days are required to process an urgent visa. Once approved by the

authorities, a copy will be forwarded to the guest. The is an electronic visa.

 Should the visa holder be denied entry to UAE, the hotel shall not be held responsible. The United Arab Emirates

Immigration is the sole authority to grant entry permission to the country.

 Visa charges, once applied are non-refundable.
