Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs of property.

• Paint and upgrade items as needed.

• Maintain yard appearance.

• Respond to emergency calls from employer.

• Inspect property routinely, and prepare reports on the condition.

• Submit bids or estimates for labor when requested.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Experience with general repairs.

• Experience in landscaping preferred.

• Ability to take direction.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to take initiative when necessary.

• Strong communication skills.
