Responsibilities:
• Work with chefs to plan menus.

• Maintain overall appearance of restaurant.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or related field preferred.
• Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as a manager or
assistant manager.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Knowledge of health codes and labor laws.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
