Responsibilities:
• Works on the daily preparation of food.
• Follows recipes and presentation specifications as determined by the
restaurant.
• Restocks items when necessary.
• Maintains a clean workstation.
• Performing opening and closing duties.
• Doing all other tasks as assigned by manager and/or chef.
Qualifications:
• Appropriate certifications required.
• At least one year of experience preferred.
• Excellent knife skills.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and cooking procedures.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Positive attitude.
