handle any customer’s questions.
• “Up selling” customers when appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Typing speed of ~40 wpm.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team environment.
