DISCOVERY. All discovery shall be completed by this date. Discovery

by Counsel may continue, provided that it does not delay the trial date.

DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS. All dispositive motions and pleas must be

heard by oral hearing by this date.

AMENDMENTS. All amendments to pleadings shall be filed by this

date.

CHALLENGES. All challenges to expert testimony shall be filed by this

date.

JURY. Both Counsels shall submit questions, directions, and

instructions for the Jurors to the Court by this date.

TRIAL. Failure to appear on this date and time will be considered

grounds for dismissal.
