1. Please make sure:
- You have filled in the Home address and contact telephone number
- Your dates of arrival and departure and your number of entry(Single/Multiple) are correct.
- Note your passport number, tracking numbers of your sending and returning envelops.
2. Please send together with application form: (i) Original Passport, (ii) Cash or Money order (or Bank check) made out to "the Embassy of Viet
Nam", (ii) Prepaid self-addressed return envelope (express & registered post is highly recommended).
3. One applicant can submit and pay fee for other applicant (sent in one sending envelop and one return envelop).
4. Normal processing time is 03 days and Express service is the same day.
5. Applicant shall be responsible for the correct and accurate information provided in the form.
6. If you need multiple entries, please note in the form your first arrival date and your last departure date.
