Physician Group Employment Agreement Sample With Annotations
The following sample agreement is an example of an agreement between a pathology group and a
physician employee. This agreement is not provided as a “model” in any sense, but rather is used as
a vehicle for identifying specific contract provisions that may raise issues. The agreement is
footnoted throughout to identify many of the provisions that raise specific issues that may be of
concern to a pathology group and/or the physician employee.
