The basis for determining the rating level of each performance element will be based on the relationship of the senior
professional's accomplishments to the performance requirements. The table below identifies each of the seven benchmark
performance elements: Leadership/Supervision; Contribution to Mission Accomplishment; Resource Management;
Communication; Cooperation/Teamwork; Customer Care; and Technical Competence/Problem Solving, and illustrates
accomplishments and contributions to be considered in reviewing the senior professional's performance.
