Based on standard case configuration of 12 bottles/case.
The State ABC Commission is to be notified ninety (90) days prior to the months
in which the SPA item will be offered. The Commission will notify the local ABC
boards a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the month the item is reduced at
retail.
The price of each product is determined as follows:

The SPA item listed must be available for purchase by local ABC boards at the
reduced price the month prior to and the month in which the retail price is
reduced. In the event outages occur and a local board is unable to obtain an
allotted order, the supplier shall issue proper credits to the local board in the
following month or month when available, if ordered by the local board, equal to
the amount of shortage.
New items may be submitted for SPA after being listed for three (3) months.
If an item submitted for SPA is available in glass, plastic, co-pack, Christmas co-
pack, or similar combinations, all items must be offered for approval as an SPA.
