As part of our corporate philosophy of Satisfaction by Design , we offer our clients

professional styling at the summation of each project. In order to facilitate this, we look to

our suppliers to partner with us during the styling process.

Here’s how our styling process works:

2-6 weeks prior to the final installation, we meet with our clients to review the needs

and requirements for styling the home.

Our design team then “shops the city” to source accessories required for the

completion of the project.

All items are taken “on account.” We can provide the supplier with a credit card to

secure items.

The selected accessories are delivered to the job site on installation day and the

design team places each item strategically. This gives the client the opportunity to

enjoy a fully furnished and completed interior.

The client has a 48-hour loan period to consider purchasing those borrowed items. It

is estimated that 80% of clients purchase 90% or more of the styling items.

Any items that are not purchased during the styling process are returned to the

supplier within 72 hours.

We use insured, professional movers to transfer the product and we ensure any

returned items are re-packaged as they were received.
