Shipper waives any claim if the shipment remains undelivered due to incomplete /wrong address or
documents.

In case the shipment has been sent as charges collect and either the consignee refuses the shipment
collection or paying all concerning in destination airport, the undersigned shipper/ representative/
broker will undertake to settle the payment and all relative compensations within 15 days.
