The Position
Job Title: Receptionist
Reporting to: Laurence Alexander-Holness - Facilities Co-ordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provide a First-Class Reception Service ensuring the smooth running of meetings and visitor care. Logging service
requests and dealing with internal service providers to maintain the upkeep of the building and services being
provided. Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are ready for visitors at all times by being clean & tidy. Manage
the process involved with the operatives using the site

Greet visitors approaching reception politely
Excellent English, both spoken and written
and professionally and inform the meeting host

IT literate and proficient in Office applications
Ensure awareness of client business & brands in
Previous experience working in a busy reception
order to engage visitors & support outstanding

Maintain a current working knowledge of the
Elephant Park project and related Lend Lease
works.
Ensure appearance is always professional and
reflects the required image of both Lend Lease
& IFM- Uniform and name badge to be worn as
required.
Operation of Concept helpdesk- make sure all
helpdesk jobs are resolved within agreed
priority times and any issues escalated to
Facilities Manager
Booking of meeting rooms- ensure the meeting
rooms are set up according to requirements and
cleared down properly after each meeting,
booking of refreshments for meetings where
required in liaison with Lend Lease determined
provider.
