LAW ENFORCEMENT GUN RELEASE APPLICATION

(Penal Code Section 12021.3, subd. (b).)

This form is to be used only by the owner of a firearm which is in the custody or control of a law enforcement agency or

court to redeem the firearm. It only establishes the applicant’s eligibility to lawfully possess firearms at the time the

application is processed. It cannot be used to transfer a firearm, or to prove ownership of a firearm.

relinquish any and all firearms in my possession.
