Students should be aware that granting leave of absence is not automatic.

Approval may be given by Registrar on a case-by-case basis.

For medical reason, application should be submitted within 3 days after the discovery of their needs ( e.g. non-elective medical

surgery)

For exchange studies, application should be submitted once the offer have been accepted.
