VERTICAL WORLD FITNESS CHALLENGE
Fitness fanatics, yogis and couch surfers a like, welcome to the February
fitness challenge. Over the next 28 days, complete as many of the tasks
as you can. For month long challenges please write your longest unbroken
streak. Week long challenges will only be awarded points for the full week.
Have fun be safe, and I’ll see you on the other side of February stronger,
faster and healthier than you started.

Solo Mission
VW Triathalon
Bike 5 mi or Run 3 mi, Climb 10 Rope routes, Row 1000m.
Max Wall sit
Plank for 2 mins
Sub 1 hour - 5 points
Plank for 5 mins
Sub 2 hours - 3 points
100 burpees in a day
Sub 3 hours - 1 points
100 Jump squats in a day
Run/ Jog the Loop trail at discovery
Run a Marathon (26.2 Miles) over the course of the
Max Pull ups in 2 mins without dropping

Max Pull ups in 1 minute without dropping
Nutrition
Max Pushups in 3 mins (can rest in plank)
Jump rope for 2 mins non-stop
No sugar for a week
Jump rope for 5 mins non-stop
No sugar for the whole challenge
50 Double-unders in a day
Drink only Water for a day (EAT FOOD TOO!)
Active every day (AT LEAST 30 mins)

Attend 4 Yoga Classes in a one week period
