For the first time in a long time we’ve got a vacancy at Kombu. Lia is leaving us so we’re
looking to urgently fill a position working in the Kombu office. You will be:
✓ Assisting the Back Office, Store Managers and the team with day office admin work
✓ Receiving, processing and troubleshooting invoices
✓ Managing inventory, pricing, discounts, and other in store and online pricing structures
✓ Answering customer emails and managing customer orders
✓ Using cloud based accounting, payroll and point of sale solutions
To assist in determining whether or not this position is suitable there are several other
aspects of the work environment at Kombu to take into consideration before applying. We
are looking for someone who possesses some or all of these additional skills:
Naturally adept at number crunching
Great people skills
Willingness to work at a fast pace
Attention to detail
Cool and calm in busy periods
The position is initially three half days a week, with the likelihood of additional work to cover
holidays, sickness and the ongoing growth of the store.

a formal training program to assist them in meeting their full potential in this role
