Does this bar measure 3”/10cm? If it doesn’t check your print

settings. Make sure ‘Fit to page’ is disabled and scaling is set

to 100%. Select ‘Actual Size’ if you see this option available.

Fold page on the dotted ‘HEEL STOP’ and

place on a hard ﬂat ﬂoor. Position the fold

against a wall.

Stand straight and measure the length

of both feet. Children with long feet

can use the Adult/Women’s length.

Stand straight and measure the

width of both feet from the Heel

Stop. Make sure to measure at

the widest part of the foot.
