All registration forms and fees must be received by the close of business on the registration deadline (see Schedule of
Program Events for applicable deadlines). Postmarks are not accepted. Once the registration deadline expires, all fees
are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credits will be issued.

1. Individuals submitting to an oral testing measure absent becoming registered with the Office of the State Courts
Administrator, agree to withhold providing interpreting services in any court or court-related proceeding, as defined in
Rule 14.100(g) and (h), Florida Rules for Spoken Language Court Interpreters; or,
2. Unless otherwise provided in accordance with Rule 14.100(a). Specifically, “… Persons performing such services without
remuneration on behalf of persons demonstrating an inability to pay in circumstances not requiring appointment of a
court interpreter”; or,
3. Unless otherwise provided in Rules of Judicial Administration, Rules 2.560 and 2.565.
