The development of a broad portfolio of therapeutic product candidates in oncology and

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist/Manager who will be part of a dynamic and highly
motivated international team of 115 employees. The successful candidate will provide high level
HR services and will act as a sparring partner with the Head HR, the HR Manager and the business
to best support the achievement of the company’s strategic initiatives.
This interesting, challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and
responsibilities:
Support the optimization of all HR life cycle related processes and ensure alignment
through the different HR processes, e.g. talent acquisition, continuous performance
management, rewards, talent and leadership development
Support HR operations and administration
Manage and drive annual HR procedures and programs e.g. continuous
performance management, talent development initiatives and programs
Manage HR digitalization projects, e.g. implementation of new HR
information systems
Lead compensation and reward benchmarking studies
Proactively support / lead HR related projects for various departments
Support compensation and reward benchmarking studies
We are looking for a highly motivated individual bringing along:
Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent education
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of the Human Resources expertise (e.g. HR value
chain, services and processes)
Excellence in project and stakeholder management to lead HR initiatives in
close collaboration with senior leaders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS office (Excel/PP), numeracy and IT skills to keep
HR compensation data up to date and to support compensation reviews
Strong reporting and presentation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
