Scoring of menu items will work as follows: EACH completed section (appetizer, main course

and dessert) will receive one (1) point for completion. In addition, the teacher will roll a dice and

that roll of the dice will determine which menu item (appetizer, main course or dessert) will be

further graded for content. 1 or 2 = appetizer; 3 or 4 = main course; 5 or 6 = dessert. Whichever

item is graded will be worth an additional 3 points for a total of 10 points for each weekly

reading log response form.
