Attach a typed letter of explanation clearly explaining your situation and the reasons why you feel your

academic s tanding s hould b e c hanged f rom s uspension t o p robation. P lease b e a s c omplete a s p ossible.

Also, attach the appropriate documentation needed to support the reason you checked below. The

responsibility for ensuring that SOWELA Technical Community College has received the needed

documentation r ests w ith t he s tudent f iling t his a ppeal. I f f inal g rades f or t he p robationary s emester d o

not s how p rogress, a s tudent m ay b e d ropped f rom c lasses f or t he f ollowing s emester.
