prospective (buyer/lessee) of the real property stated above, confirm by this Letter of Intent my interest in

(purchasing/leasing) said property. The offering price is ($ amount). (Seller/Lessor, etc.) shall pay all real estate

commissions ((X% of purchase price/gross total rent) to Buyer’s Broker), transfer and title costs, taxes and

related fees, escrow fees, and survey. (Buyer/Lessee) shall pay any inspections, insurances and appraisals.

Escrow shall be opened with XXX, Title Agent XXX, within three business days of fully-executed purchase and

sale agreement. Close of escrow shall take place on or before (Date).

Offer is contingent upon Buyer’s ability to complete inspections with results satisfactory to the Buyer. All

attorney’s review of purchase and sale agreement.
