Note to Student: Be certain to give a teacher a minimum of three weeks to respond to a request for writing a

Letter of Recommendation. The preferred time to ask is near the end of your Junior Year.

Instructions for completing Teacher Recommendation requests:

1. Log in to Family Connection

2. Click on the Colleges tab in Family Connection.

3. Click on Colleges I'm Applying To.

4. Scroll to the Teacher Recommendation section and click Add/Cancel Requests.

5. Selects your Teacher from the drop-down menu and add a note to the teacher if desired.

6. Repeat for all teacher requests. Click Update Requests.

If you do not upload my letter directly to Family Connection/Naviance, please give the completed Letter of

Recommendation to my assigned counselor:
