EARLY DISMISSAL FOLLOWING EXAMS

Exam Information:



Buses will run at their normal time of 2:18 pm.



Exams will end around 12:00 pm to be followed by lunch and a “study hall” that will last two hours.



Students may leave after the exam period has ended with parent permission only. The parent will

have to arrange transportation and the student must leave campus.



Students must turn in a signed copy of this permission form to their exam administrator on the day

of their exam. Each day/exam requires a separate permission form.



Any student leaving after the exam period has ended must leave campus. They will not be permitted

to hang out on campus and they are not allowed to return.



Any student who does not have permission to leave campus will be placed in a “study hall” which will

be held in the cafeteria from 12:15 to 2:18.



While in “study hall,” students will only be allowed to quietly study, read, or listen to music. They

will not be allowed to get up and move around the cafeteria.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Testing Site: Fuquay-Varina High School

All exams will begin at 7:20 a.m. Once testing has started, students will not be allowed to enter

the test area. Any late student will have to report to campus on Friday, January 15

to take the

exam(s) they missed.

Once all exams have been collected, students will be dismissed. Those students who have turned

in this form will be allowed to leave campus and may not return to campus that day.

following the exams on January 11
