Program Type: Area Eligible/Nonpricing - The school/site is area eligible because 50 percent or more of the
students enrolled in the area qualifying school are eligible for free or reduced price meals. All students participating
in the after school care program regardless of individual meal eligibility are served snacks at no charge and all
snacks are claimed at the free rate of reimbursement.
Program Type: Not Area Eligible/Nonpricing - The school/site is not area eligible because less than 50 percent of
the students enrolled in the area qualifying school are eligible for free or reduced price meals. All students
participating in the after school care program regardless of individual meal eligibility are served snacks at no charge
in this nonpricing program. Claims for reimbursement are based upon the eligibility category of the students served
each day.
Program Type: Not Area Eligible/Pricing - The school/site is not area eligible because less than 50 percent of the
students enrolled in the area qualifying school are eligible for free or reduced price meals. All students participating
in the after school care program regardless of individual meal eligibility are offered/served snacks in this program
and the claims for reimbursement are based upon eligibility category of the students served each day. Paid and
reduced price eligible students will be charged for snacks in this pricing program but there is no charge to students
for free meals. The daily-reduced snack price (may not exceed 15 cents) is established at
