Have learnt and are comfortable in a rising trot 

WALK/TROT/CANTER (in school) Able to walk, rising trot and canter in a school / arena, lacking practice or

experience of riding in the open countryside 

WALK/TROT/CANTER (intermediate) Able to walk, rising trot and canter. Experienced riding in open countryside 

EXPERIENCED Confident in all paces on forward going horses and used to riding in open countryside. Able to

remain calm and in control of your horse under 99% of conditions 

Please note: some countries refer to a ‘Canter’ as a ‘Slow Gallop’

Insurance

Clients /riders are not insured for personal accident under our insurance. This cover must be arranged

independently if required.

Safety

Riders agree to confirm with the decisions and instructions of staff at all times. Please notify a member of staff if

you have any medical conditions that could affect you whilst you are riding.

We hereby agree that no liability is accepted by the Proprietors or their Servants or Agents for any loss, damage or

injury sustained by the rider named above. We accept on their behalf that riding is at their own risk.

I wish this statement to stand for the entire period from date of signature to 10

September 2016.

Please call or email the following information at least 48 hours before the rider is due to arrive: rider’s names, age,

height, weight and riding ability.

This signed form should be sent with the rider when they come for their first ride.
