DDI will issue a Return Authorization number. The RMA number is good for 30 days. Any items returned after that time will be
refused by our receiving dept. and returned at the shipper’s expense. Customer must return items to DDI freight prepaid.

All replacement or repaired product UNDER WARRANTY will be shipped back to you using ground service.
Equipment not under warranty or requiring faster return service will require that you submit your UPS or FedEx
account number or arrange to pay shipping charges by credit card. Please note that we will attempt to repair your
equipment within 1 to 2 days of its receipt at our facility. However, production demands and other repairs already
in house may cause repair times to take longer than expected. All equipment not under warranty will be subject to
a 5% shipping/handling charge for ground shipments and 15% for overnight or 2 day shipments.
